No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met the demands. Would want to stay there again, the venue was fairly clean, and location by the river was good. I enjoyed the guest room and all facilities in it. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, excellent service: )

I absolutely loved the rooms at Hotel Errekagain! They were cozy and warm, with parquet floors that gave a rustic feel. The private bathroom with a bath or shower was just perfect. Plus, having free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for me!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the TV in the room. But hey, that's just me!

From the jaw-dropping cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the super-friendly staff, our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! We were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected resolution of a small misunderstanding, which resulted in a free night stay and a complimentary trip to a faraway festival. The fab breakfast and friendly staff made us feel truly VIP. The convenient location near a supermarket and a short walk to town was a plus, and having our two dogs included in the price made it even better. The hotel also provided a bar/lounge area, a snack bar, and a lift for easy access. The off-site car park was a great convenience, and the hotel even offered free rides to a local restaurant when we needed a taxi. The spacious bathroom and the option for hiking and cycling made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also catered to those with special needs, offering wheelchair access and non-smoking rooms. the experience was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's decoration was charming and gave a cozy feeling. I loved the stone walls and exposed stone windows, it reminded me of the old country houses. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior people to relax and enjoy. The hotel was also easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and ramps in all the right places, making it convenient for us older folks.
I wish there were more activities or entertainment options for senior people. The children working there were lovely and helpful, but it would have been nice to have more organized events or social gatherings specifically catered to us.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The stone walls and exposed stone windows gave it a cozy and traditional feel. It reminded me of the old country houses I used to visit when I was younger. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasant place to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciate that the hotel had good accessibility, with no steep stairs or difficult paths to navigate.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance with carrying luggage. A little extra help would be greatly appreciated, especially for those of us who may have trouble lifting heavy suitcases.
