We had a pleasant stay at Errekagain. the room had OK decor and the cleaning staff allowed us to leave our luggage and check in later. the bathroom was spacious, which we appreciated. the location was convenient, as we could easily access Bilbao by train and leave our car parked on site. the breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's decoration was charming and gave a cozy feeling. I loved the stone walls and exposed stone windows, it reminded me of the old country houses. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior people to relax and enjoy. The hotel was also easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and ramps in all the right places, making it convenient for us older folks.

I wish there were more activities or entertainment options for senior people. The children working there were lovely and helpful, but it would have been nice to have more organized events or social gatherings specifically catered to us.
